Depending on your goals and schedule, you can do the workout at least twice but no more than six times per week.

6-PACK SHRED WARM UP
Here’s a great warm-up for you to use during your Six Pack Shred challenge. It can also be a cool down, or to just add a bit of extra abs activation into your day.
The moves are yoga based, so try moving deliberately and mindfully, focusing on your posture and the flow of your breath. That way your abs prep can also be a sweet, relaxing break for your mind!
Beginners: Start using this video daily now to prepare your core, shoulders and wrists for the challenge ahead.
Believe me, you will be glad for this gentle prep later!
How does the Six Pack Shred work?
SIX WEEKS, SIX WORKOUTS, YOUR OWN SCHEDULE
Every week you will receive an email with access link to a new workout video. The video will be only available for the duration of one week. You can do the workout as many times as you like! From two to six times per week, you decide on the intensity on your abs shredding challenge. But I do recommend you plan your workouts in advance – that way it’s easier to stick to the plan.
It’s entirely up to you how much you will get out of the coming six weeks.
You will also receive PDF workout sheets available for download.
You can keep these forever to do an ab shredding session whenever you like. You’re welcome!
The full Six Pack Shred is available in Julia’s Online Gym
It is a twelve workouts program designed for a total abs makeover. The six weeks challenge you’re about to start comprises of the first half of the full program.
