Workout For When You Just Woke Up

Whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, a quick workout in the am will help you wake up, energise your body and mind and set you up for a great day.

If you struggle to keep your eyes open before that third cup of coffee, don’t worry. This session starts off very gently and slowly builds up to a more dynamic pace. It takes only fifteen minutes, so you won’t have to sacrifice much sleep and it can easily be done before the morning shower.

So, roll out of bed, take a sip of water and let me guide you through a few exercises. We will raise your heart rate, strengthen and shape your core, shoulders, bum and legs, and make you feel like you can tackle just about anything during the day!

If you don’t have a step, swap it for a low stool, or skip it altogether for a more gentle workout.

This great little routine shouldn’t get you too tired, so you might want to combine it with another workout in the evening (if you don’t have much time, here’s an ultra fast ten minutes whole body blast).
