Today we’ll be firing up muscles across your entire body for an awesome body-sculpting, fat melting session.
The other great thing about this workout is that it’s kind to your joints and requires zero equipment.
But I think we’ve spent enough time talking and thinking about this now…
My tip for Day 1 is: Get out of your head!
Now is the time to stop thinking about shedding fat or dreaming of the body you want and time to start taking the actions required to make it happen.
Don’t over-think it just get on with doing it. I promise you won’t regret it.
I’m sure you’ll be able to come up with at least a million reasons why today isn’t a good day to start this if you sit and think about it for long enough.
But today is the day when you’re going to ignore all that chat.
Just get up and get it done.
