3 months ago, I didn’t look or feel like this

Cancer, mastectomy, corrective surgery, grief and stress had thrashed my body. I felt like a shadow of the woman I’d been.

So it wasn’t only about getting leaner, although that was part of it and I make no apologies for that.

I also wanted to be strong, fit, tight - and to feel like myself again.

So I went back to my wheelhouse, the kind of workouts I’m best known for, that get results fast.

Power declines fast if untrained, affecting muscle performance, how we move, even our body shape.

I use cross body combination moves because they're gold for tightening the waist, carving the upper back and building a hard, strong, athletic looking body.

In my workout videos I keep reminding you to exhale properly on the effort, let the ribs drop, and keep the waist pulled in while you move.

Most people let the front of the body spill open. I don’t want you doing that. This adjustment makes your abs work harder and gets much stronger, tighter results in the waist.
