Workout for When... You Want to Feel STRONG

Always remember, strong people are not born strong, they become strong by keeping going when they feel weak. In workouts, this means not shying away from doing exercises that we find challenging - e.g. lifting weights that are heavy enough to make us start to lose our strength after about 8-10 reps.

Strength is forged in the fires of courage we summon to step outside of our comfort zones.

Use your workouts as a safe space to develep and reinforce that courage to go to places where you're currenly weak and you'll find the inner strength you develop carries over into all areas of your life.
