The Summer Shred programme is short and intense, so be ready for the workouts to push you.
They will not be easy and you'll probably need to modify some of the moves the first time you follow this plan.
This is totally OK - and is exactly what you you need if you want real results.
You can plod along doing exercise that your body can already comfortably do, or you can do what it takes for your body to adapt, to get fitter and stronger, and to change shape. That is challenging it with exercise it finds tough. The choice is yours.
By the time summer is in full swing you're going to be so pleased and proud you put the effort in now.
