A lot of people have been asking about my fat loss fitness methods this year, especially since it was covered by the Daily Mail.
Just over a week ago, my second online 12 week Fat Loss Fitness programme came to an end. I worked with a much smaller group this time than when I ran the pilot programme (mainly because I was busy finishing my book), but what they lacked in numbers they certainly made up for in enthusiasm and focus.
Once again the results were outstanding.
I don’t want my blog to be all about promoting my programmes or blowing my own trumpet, but I think it’s worthwhile sharing some of the Before and After photos here, it costs nothing to be inspired by others’ success after all.
So, here are my latest fat loss heroes. Please bear in mind that (as last time) these are real people, all with busy lives either working full time or raising families. Their ages range from 20’s to 50’s.
They took the photos themselves in their own homes just 12 weeks apart.
As is obvious, they all lost a lot of fat and with they all reduced their weight by impressive amounts. But I’ve decided not to go into exactly how much weight they lost because that would be misleading, as explained here. Instead I’d rather let the pictures illustrate the changes to their bodies and how much better condition they are in now they have completed the programme.
The last row of three photos are of Becca who has been writing some really inspiring blogs about her progress. Have a read, her blog rocks! She’s well worth a follow on Twitter too.
Everyone has decided to run through the programme again and they’ve already smashed a week of their second round. I’m really excited to see how they get on, one thing I know for sure, if they continue with the same focus and commitment they’ll all be looking hot by summer!
Of course, the changes in them are not only cosmetic – hugely improved fitness levels, boosted confidence, and a feeling of regained control over their bodies are just a few of the additional benefits they have reported.
I’m absolutely brimming with pride for each one of them. My work definitely has it’s frustrations, but at times like this, when I reflect on the massive difference I’ve helped people make to their lives, I can’t think of anything else I’d rather do. (Well, maybe rockstar, but I’ll settle.)
Want In?
Word seems to be spreading rapidly about my programme and I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with people contacting me, so I’m really sorry if you’ve been in touch and I haven’t replied yet. I’m currently planning the launch of my next programme and I’ll get back to you with details very soon. If you’d like to get an email alert about this please pop your address in the box on the right to add yourself to my mailing list (I won’t spam you or pass your address and you can unsubscribe at any time).
Have a look here if you’d like to see more Before and After pics (those are from last time I ran the programme).
