A lot of people feel overwhelmed by self-conscienceless when exercising where other people can see them.

This is a big barrier for many beginners, but even more experience people can be put off trying something new when in a public setting and this can really hold them back from making progress. This is just one of the reasons I’m so passionate about showing people how they can train at home.

When you know what you’re doing, you’re comfortable in the environment and you’ve got time and money to devote to it, going to the gym can be great. But if you don’t have all of those things, you might want to consider exercising at home. Far from being a second-best to training at a gym, with just a few inexpensive pieces of equipment you can get in superb shape in the privacy of your own home at a time that suits you.
