For five days I’ll be emailing a daily workout designed to torch calories and blast fat as well as introducing you to the techniques I use and the ways of training that get my online clients into amazing physical condition.

It’s all totally free, you can do it at home with minimal equipment and I’ll guide you through every session with step-by-instructions and options to modify the workouts to suit your level.

The series is designed as a 5-day Bootcamp where you train every weekday and take the weekends to rest, but you can do it over whatever period you prefer. Once you’ve completed Day 5 simply go back to Day 1 and repeat. But please keep pushing for progress by attempting more advanced options or picking weights/heavier weights once you have mastered the moves.

I’m really looking forward to us getting to know each other over the coming weeks. I’m not some kind of aloof “celebrity” trainer or someone who just fronts a cleverly marketed product. This bootcamp is about me and you working out together in a very “real” way.

I’m proud of the fact that I do everything around my workout videos and online content myself. This email is being typed by me personally, there’s only me behind all of my social media accounts, I record the videos myself at home with just a camcorder on a tripod and I do all the video editing myself, I even build my own websites.

Basically, I’m the only person who has touched anything involved in the creation of this Bootcamp. It’s 100% “handmade”, by me for you.  So, I’m dead keen to hear about how you get on!

The first session is an awesome introductory workout where you don’t need any kit. So just get ready to hit Start and get it done.

To make the most of workouts #2 and #3 recommend you can add some resistance to the exercises using weights. But don’t panic if you don’t own any – simply pick up a couple of water bottles, books, tins of beans or whatever suitable objects you have and use those while you learn the moves.

In workout #5 I use a gym ball, which is a widely available, inexpensive piece of kit that you may well already own. But if not, no worries, I’ll explain how you can do the session without a ball when I email that workout to you.

One of the best pieces of advice I can give you when you’re first starting out is to get your workouts in your diary. Don’t just think you’ll do them when you have a spare half hour. Schedule a time for all five of them now and treat each one like any other important commitment in your diary.

I hope you’ll have fun with this programme, but please don’t trivialise it just because it’s free. This could well be the start of a journey that improves your health, well-being, confidence, and overall happiness, as well as having a positive impact on the people you care about….
