If you’re switching to healthier eating habits or bringing in a new fitness regime I can virtually guarantee that’ll you encounter people who will try to tempt you with foods that are not in-line with your new style of eating and/or try to get you to bin your planned in workouts in favour of doing something something else.
Step 1 to dealing with this is realising that it’s something you will have to deal with and planning and what you’ll do and say when it happens.
