Today’s tip is about finding time to exercise. To sum it up, just 15 minutes is far better than not exercising at all!

There are lots of ways to fit exercise into the busiest of lives and there a plenty of people around doing just that. I’m not saying that to guilt you, just to reassure that it’s possible and maybe even motivate you to do it.
