Donna was the first to come up with idea of setting a goal of getting back into her wedding dress – a motivating target I’m sure many women will relate to.

After I mentioned it on Facebook a few other ladies got on board with the challenge and the results shocked even me!

Donna (47)

Donna

1. Donna’s Wedding day 18 years ago. 2. Start of my Forge. 3. Back in the dress!

Lost a total of 24.5 inches across her body and shed 11 pounds doing my 12-week Forge workout program!

Donna says:

“My strength has improved, my body shape is transformed, my energy levels are up and I’m so much fitter. I can now enjoy going jogging with my husband (before I had to keep stopping).

“I loved the short but intense sessions, 30 minutes is nothing!

“It helps that I enjoy the exercises too, I actually want to do the workouts instead of having that dread feeling I used to have about exercise.”

“It feels amazing to be back in my wedding dress 18 years after I got married in it!”

 

 

Julie (44)

Heaviest weight 12 stone, now 8.10 stone. Julie lost the “stubborn” last stone with my workouts.

Julie says:

“I’ve had three children and put on up to 5 stone per pregnancy. To shift the last stone I started dong Julia’s workouts and I’m now at wedding weight from Dec 2005.

“Julia’s online workouts are perfect for me as I can do them at home with minimal space and equipment, I just have to turn up in front of the screen and at that point it’s as good as done.”

Kristina (43)

Heaviest weight 191lbs. Now 151lb.

Kristina says:

“I realized in October 2014 that I’d got lazy and gained a significant amount of weight. I was going through a lot personally, but decided this was the time to get serious about my health.

“I originally lost weight by running 3-5 miles a day, but after a while it started to creep back on.

“That’s when I started Julia’s workouts. I’ve continued when my crazy travel schedule allows and I’ve also taken up swimming.

“My weight still fluctuates like most women, but I try to focus more on how clothes are fitting and not weight. I know I’m gaining muscle now and can see the definition in my arms and abs.”

“I’m happy to say that at age 43 I’m in the best shape of my life.”

 

 

Veronica

Veronica started doing my workouts before she got married to get defined shoulders and arms to show off in her wedding dress – she also dropped from size 10 to 8. She got pregnant shortly after her wedding and during the pregnancy went up to over 70kg. But a few months after the baby was born Veronica started doing my workouts again and by the time he was 8 months old her wedding dress fit again.

Veronica says:

“I have arthritis in my knee and a problem with my back/hip, due to carrying too much weight for my small frame during pregnancy, which means I have to be careful how I exercise and I modify some of Julia’s workouts, but they produce get great results.

“Thanks to these workouts I felt fit and confident on my wedding day.

“Now, after having my baby last year, they’ve helped me get my fitness back and I’m back to the same size, which is fantastic!”
